Return & Refund Policy

At Great Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

• We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.
• To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

• After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Items returned without original packaging.
• Used or altered products.
